Application Process

Upon receipt of your application by our Human Resources Directorate, you will participate in our selection/placement process. Your application will be analyzed and evaluated in the context of the vacancies. If your application meets the qualifications required for the position, you will be invited for an interview. The CVs you send will be stored in the application database for one year and kept open for evaluation.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process at Euro Gıda begins with the preparation of annual staffing plans. Staffing needs that may arise during the year are identified, taking into account promotions, appointments and organizational changes. The assessment is done according to the interview method with several levels (HR department, Head of the department, General Management) depending on the position.

 

Applicants are assessed on their technical knowledge, experience, personal characteristics and compatibility with our corporate culture, and references are checked in the final stage. Applicants who score positively on all assessments are offered a job and the recruitment process is carried out.

Applications from candidates who cannot be placed in a position are kept in the applicant database for one year in case of any future need, and applicants are kept in the loop.

Training and Development

In order to achieve the goals of our company, to ensure continuity of success and to increase employee satisfaction, the staff is given the opportunity to participate in training courses. Staff take part in internal and external training, meetings, fairs and promotional events.

Internship Opportunities

By providing internship opportunities for students, Euro Gıda contributes to the development of the industry on the one hand whilst identifying potential employees on the other. In accordance with the quotas, students from universities and vocational high schools are offered internship opportunities at the head office and in the factories. High school students can do their internship during the academic year and university students during the summer semester. Applications for internships can be submitted through the internship application form. Students applying for internships will be approved for internships following interviews with the Directorate of Human Resources.

Summer Semester: University students should submit their internship applications by the end of May of the respective year. Internship places are allocated as per the quota. Internships take place in June, July, August and September.

Salary Management

The wages of Euro Gıda employees are adjusted once a year according to the market wage survey, the inflation rate and the individual’s performance. Factors such as the position held by employees, education level, experience and foreign language skills are taken into account when drawing up pay scales.

Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00* Working hours for employees in our factory may vary depending on seasonal dynamics.
