In our factory, production is carried out in two periods; the 1st period includes the months May and November when the raw material is provided fresh and processed, the 2nd period includes the off-season when we process the products which have been fermented and stored.
Being put into the boxes and containers right from the fields, the raw materials are sent to the factory and the entry control is performed.
The products are passed through some pre-treatments such as calibration, selection and cleaning according to their specifications. If the product is going to be stored, it goes to the fermenting section and if it is going to be processed, it is delivered to the production section.
The raw material delivered to the production department is pre-treated, such as stem/flower removal, peat removal, chopping, grilling, cooking, washing, selecting, and cleaning to ensure it is appropriate for use and filling.
In the 2nd period, the products that are to be processed are taken from the fermenting section and go through some processes such as washing, selecting and chopping and are made ready for the filling process.
The majority of our products are filled by an automatic filling machine. We also have special products that are filled manually.
The pickles or sauces are automatically filled into packages with filling machines and they are sealed with automatic steam machines. They pass through heat treatment tunnels and after being stacked on the pallets, they are delivered to the warehouse.
The products whose incubation period is completed are labelled according to the customer demand and dispatched after the necessary traceability coding is performed.
